Top 5 best team compositions for Hu Tao in Genshin Impact 3.4 update

After making players wait for more than a year, HoYoverse has finally released the rerun banner for Hu Tao in Genshin Impact. The Pyro DPS unit is accompanying the Hydro unit Yelan in the second phase of the 3.4 update.

This marks her third rerun in the game, and needless to say, players who were able to summon the character will want to build a perfect team composition for her. As for the players who already have her, they should try out some new characters with her, as the meta has changed drastically.

First things first, it is important to state that Hu Tao in Genshin Impact is a DPS unit. She uses the Pyro polearm combination to defeat her enemies. However, it is suggested that players should carry another DPS with themselves, as Hu Tao prefers an HP-based build rather than a CRIT-based one. In addition to that, they should add healers, as the Pyro DPS loses a lot of HP during her combat.

Xingqiu is the most reliable teammate for Hu Tao. For this double vape team, players can use Bennett, who effectively works as a healer as well as a pyro support during combat. The swirl effect provided by Kazuha will enhance the Pyro DMG and, hence, become helpful for Xingqiu.

The best Hu Tao team in Genshin Impact will be using her with Yelan. She provides the highest synergy to the DPS unit, and if players use Xingqiu on this team, the DMG capacity will increase tenfold. The last spot in this team is flexible, but keeping a Geo user like Zhongli is recommended.
