Time restrictions caused Liv Morgan vs Ronda Rousey match to be cut short
According to Bryan Alvarez from The Wrestling Observer, the match between Logan Paul and The Miz was not supposed to last for this long. With strict time restrictions prevailing for the WWE management committee, the match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship had to be cut short. In addition to this, WWE played numerous clips highlighting various WWE Superstars which also led to shortening of the performance.
Despite being a 4 minute match, the match was worth watching. Liv Morgan was being considered not brave enough to Ronda Rousey. Liv Morgan saved her belt by defeating Rousey. We agree on the fact that the match result was not correct. Both Liv and Ronda had made their opponent give in to their moves. Liv Morgan had pinned Ronda while being in the clutches of her. The referee called for the count out but he did not see that Liv Morgan also tapped out.
Ronda Rousey was very furious after this result. She attacked both Liv Morgan as well as the referee. But the result has been declared and that couldn’t be changed. WWE won’t allow the title to become this easy and we expect that Ronda Rousey will definitely face Liv Morgan at the Clash of the Castle.
