Boise City Council to discuss possible parking cost increases at Boise Airport

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise City Council is hosting a public hearing on some changes for the Boise Airport on Tuesday.

The airport proposes raising the price of parking in some of its lots. The airport says one reason is the primary garage is more convenient than the east garage and fills up more quickly.

At the moment, both long-term garages are $17 a day. The airport wants the main garage to increase to $20 a day. In the proposal, valet parking will increase by $4 to $27.
